RXSOL-70-7004-025 is specifically intended for treatment and reduction of corrosive smoke , carbon and soot deposits formed on exhaust valve seats and turbocharger components. It is a most advanced fuel oil treatment for modern steam generating units that burn Bunker- "C" or lighter distillates. It is completely soluable in fuel oils and disperses atomic manganese throughout the firebox. It will improve combustion and prevent corrosion by eliminating the formation of nitric and sulfuric oxides. It will prevent slag formation and bridging by raising the fusion temperature of alkali metals and vanadium.

It is a highly concentrated combustion improving agent, to optimize the combustion for marine fuel oils.

The risk of T/C breakdown and boiler fires is significantly reduced.

Biocontrol Rx is effective in layers between water and oil where the bacteria growth is most active.

Directions for Use

Biocontrol Rx is self dispersing and can therefore be added directly to the fuel tank. The preventive dose rate is 0.3 Itr per ton of fuel but in strongly infected fuels the dose rate should be 3 Itr per ton of fuel. In case of lube oil contamination.

Al mm deposit is Approximately equivalent to a 10% efficiency loss, a 3 mm deposit can reduce efficiency by up to 50%. The normal ignition temperature of soot is around 600°C. This means that it is burned only in the hottest parts of the boiler or diesel exhaust systems. Due to the catalytic action of Soot Remover, the ignition temperature of the soot/deposit is reduced to less than 280°C. The carbon deposits are thus ignited, leaving an easily removed ash. Valvecare Cleaner

Product Description:-

RXSOL Valvecare is specifically intended for treatment and reduction of corrosive deposits formed on exhaust valve seats and turbocharger components. RXSOL Valvecare physically modifies fuel ash, raising the sinter and melting points of the ash above the normal engine operating temperatures. Modified ash particles are solid, small and non-adhesive and are ejected with the exhaust gas stream. Valve seating’s remain intact as ash deposits on valve seats are reduced. Guttering is minimized and valve cone and seat lives are extended, allowing for greater time between overhauls. Turbocharger and exhaust system fouling is controlled as the ash particles in the gas stream are less adhesive. Exhaust systems remain cleaner and any ash that is formed is friable and easily removed by conventional methods such as brushing. Another advantage found with RXSOL Valvecare is acid reduction. Vanadium in the fuel has a catalytic action, increasing the conversion from sulphur dioxide to sulphur trioxide during combustion. The sulphur trioxide then reacts with steam in the exhaust system, increasing the dew point to form sulphuric acid.
